Terms of Service

Welcome to My Pookie. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Using My Pookie

You must be at least 13 years old to use My Pookie. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for the content you create and the people you share it with.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use My Pookie to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory
• Create sexually explicit or violent content, especially involving minors
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

3. Your content

You own the content you upload — text, images, media. You grant My Pookie a limited license to store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to run the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated messages and voice narrations are drafts you can edit. You are responsible for the final content you publish. My Pookie is not liable for AI output that you choose to share.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Cashfree in INR. Charges are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your dashboard; existing pages remain live until the end of the billing period.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from the profile page — this permanently removes your pages, media, and audio.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of My Pookie, including missed occasions, embarrassment, or third-party actions taken based on your pages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
