Refund Policy

We want you to love your My Pookie page. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the page has not been shared (no external views).
  • Partial refund in cases of genuine technical failure that prevented the page from being used on the intended occasion.
  • No refund after the page has been shared and viewed by the recipient, or after the intended occasion date passes.

How to request

Email refunds@mypookie.app from the account email with your order number and a short reason. We respond within 2 business days.

How it's processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original Cashfree payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank timelines may add a few extra days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions anytime from your dashboard. Existing pages remain live until the end of your billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; the 7-day window above still applies from the original purchase date.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster and more fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks after an approved refund may lead to account suspension.
